Thank you for sampling our venison sausages at the recent East
Anglian Game & County Fair and for giving us your contact details. Following the
great success of the sausages at the Game Fair we are stepping up a gear and
are now finalising our plans for the meat processing, ordering procedures and
shipping arrangements so we can offer a speedy and hassle free nationwide
on-line and telephone service to our customers. As soon as we have everything in place we will contact you again
with full details of what’s available, prices, ingredients, recipes and, most
importantly, information on how to place your orders with us. |

When we contact you again, you’ll see its not just sausages
we’ll be offering. We’ll be providing, fresh from the Estate, a variety of
venison joints, haunches, shoulders, loin steaks, saddles, diced venison plus
a full range of sausages including plain venison, venison with tomato and
basil and venison with cranberry. By way of example, here’s a mouth watering special joint we
offer, it’s a whole saddle slit down the middle into which we’ve inserted a
boned out haunch before double stringing it and adding sliced orange and
bacon to the outside. All you need to do is cook it to taste, slice it like a
pork joint and then serve – perfection! We’ll also be offering, during the shooting season, oven ready
partridge, pheasant and duck. |
