ROE BUCKS

The roe bucks will be rutting in the last two weeks of July and the beginning of August making it a really exciting time to hunt. WHAT ABOUT SOME GAME SHOOTING?

There’s less than two months to go before the start of the Shooting Season and we have a busy and varied schedule of shooting at our three venues. How about a walked up day of pheasant, partridge and exciting woodcock topped off with a duck flight at the end? We also offer driven days of between 120-350 birds for complete teams or shared let days between of 100-250 birds for lone Guns or smaller groups. If duck flighting is your preference, you might want to join our “Late Notice Flighting List” whereby we contact you once we’re confident conditions are right, an absolute must for a good session, and give you the date/s of a proposed flight so you can join us if you are able.

NEW B&B AVAILABLE

A great new B&B venue is available for Stalkers wanting to stay in the area. The Elms is in the charming village of East Harling, close to the Quidenham Estate. It has four rooms and the charge is currently £30 per person per night, which includes a full English breakfast mostly from locally sourced ingredients. The Elms does not provide an evening meal but there is a nearby pub that does good food or you can visit the local fish & chip shop or Chinese take away and return to The Elms to eat your meal.

GAME TO COOK

We offer a variety of venison joints, diced venison and a selection of venison sausages. During the Shooting Season we will also offer oven ready game birds. Customers who have stalked with us enjoy a 15% discount. You can pre-order your meat to take away after your stalk and customers near to the Estate can contact us to place their order and collect at a mutually convenient time. We have almost completed work on our speedy and hassle free nationwide on-line and telephone service that will deliver the meat direct to your home.

RED STAGS

We are anticipating some good red stags coming onto the Estate in September and October. CLA GAME FAIR

We will be sharing a stand with Guns On Pegs at the 2010 CLA Game Fair to be held at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire on 23 – 25 July. The stand will be in Gunmaker's Row, number H0501.
