A Great Time At The CLA Game Fair, Blenheim Palace
Thanks to everyone who took time out to come and see us on our shared stand with Gunsonpegs at the CLA Game Fair. The weather was kind throughout and we literally had scores of you come and see us over the three days.
As you can see by the photos, I think everyone who came had a thoroughly good time. There really was a great atmosphere across the whole show.

New Member of Staff Recruited

It's The Shooting That Keeps Him Going!
Several of our, what you might call, "more senior Guns" have told me that during the summer, our newsletters act as a "pick-me-up". It makes them determined to get themselves in shape for the coming season - whatever it takes!
Here is one of our regular guns, Brian Buckton (from Leeds) getting himself fighting fit for his first day in October.

Parent & Child Day - First one totally sold out. We have spaces for two parents and two children in our second day, which is on Monday the 19th of December. The cost is £800 per parent and child combined.

Novice Day - Nearly sold out now, but we still have two pegs left. The date is Saturday the 17th of November 2011 at the Banham Estates Shoot and the cost is £390 including VAT per Gun. All assistance on the day is free.


Hammer Gun Day- By popular demand we have put on another Hammer gun day for this coming season. It is on Saturday the 15th of October and we have three spaces left. It is intended to be a 150 bird day but we have a fixed charge of £460 per gun (including VAT).




Ladies' Day - ONLY TWO SPACES LEFT!!
On offer will be free champagne and a free goody bag to every lady shooting. If you are a novice we will provide stuffers/instructors, so why not have a go? If you are interested click here. The date is Thursday the 6th of October, so give it a go!.

• 14 Sept 2011 - Hargham & Quidenham 150 bird day.
• 26 Sept 2011 - Hargham & Quidenham 200 birds. There are the last two days we have in September now. Just imagine those fast Norfolk partridges! If you can get six guns or more for either of these early September dates, we will be able to find the rest!
• 21 Nov 2011 & 04 Jan 2012 - Hargham & Quidenham 250 birds. These are the last 250 bird days we have left!!
• 28 Nov 2011 - Hargham & Quidenham 350 birds. This will be a great day with premier catering throughout, starting off with a fantastic English breakfast.

Cover Crops Are Looking Great!
Six weeks ago we were very worried. I even borrowed a slurry tanker to use so that we could start watering some of the cover. Then, it rained, and rained..what a difference six weeks makes!
