Here at Milburn Game & Shooting we are delighted to bring you the finest quality venison and game direct from our estates in Norfolk.

Our Products
Venison

All of our venison is 100% fresh, butchered, packed and frozen within a few days of being killed. We offer a wide range of easy to prepare cuts which can be delivered to your door within days of placing an order.

We also offer a variety of game birds plucked and dressed including partridge, pheasant and mallard.

HOW TO ORDER  
The easiest way to order your meat from us is by using our order form below (please note that this is not an automated system designed to take payments - we will be in touch via phone for payment details):

Venison - Haunch, boned and rolled

Comments: A tender prime roasting joint best served pink. Weight: Between 1kg and 2.4kg. Price: £15 per kilo. Serves 4 to 8.

Venison - Saddle on the bone

Comments: Venison saddle is a bone-in joint which includes the loin and fillets – the very best possible roasting joint. Weight: Between 680g and 850g. Price: £15/kilo. Serves 4 to 8.

Venison Loin Steak

Comments: Lean and tasty steaks from the loin on the venison. Weight: Between 300g and 500g. Price: £6.50 to £9.50 per 2 pack. Serves 4 to 8.

Venison Sausages

Comments: Our own original recipe sausages - minimum 90% meat content. Packs of 8 approx 0.5kg. Price: £4.99. Serves 3 to 4.

How to Order and Delivery
All of our meat is freshly frozen and is packaged in insulated polystyrene boxes with ice packs. The hampers do not come delivered with wicker baskets. Delivery is via a next day service so you will need to ensure that someone will be in to collect the package.

*Please note that Haunch weights may vary, you will be advised of the exact weight and price upon ordering.
 


On receipt of your order, we will check availability, pack weights and then call or email you to confirm the total cost of your order. Please note that prices can change, however we will confirm this when we call or email to confirm your order.

Payments
All orders will need to be paid for in advance of shipping. This can be done via cheque made payable to Milburn Game & Shooting or via BACs transfer. Details of these payment methods will be specified once you have placed your order.

DELIVERY

Packaging
All of our venison and game is packaged in specially insulated boxes with ice packs ensuring your meat arrives as frozen as when it left our freezers.

Delivery
When they are processed: We endeavor to dispatch all orders within five working days of an order being paid for. Deliveries cannot be made on a weekend. Delivery is via City Link and their next day delivery service. It is for this reason that we cannot deliver to the Highlands, Channel Islands, Ireland or abroad as our courier cannot guarantee delivery within 24 hours to addresses in these areas.

Delivery Charge
The delivery charge is £12 for all orders under £100, over £100 the delivery is FREE.

Who do we use
We use City Link as our courier company and they work on a basis of a signature on receipt. Please let us know if you are not expected to be at home on the proposed delivery date and whether or not your order can be left with a neighbour. If you would prefer a different delivery date to the one we have proposed please let us know immediately.

Earlier this year we were contacted by The Shooting Society to provide the game and venison for The Covert Girls Game Dinner  at The Modern Pantry in Clerkenwell. The whole menu was themed on game and the venison used was from the Quidenham Estate, which was, and we quote the guests "some of the best we have ever tasted!"
