GREAT HOCKHAM Occupying some 2,500 acres of stunning Norfolk countryside against the backdrop of the beautiful Narford Hall, the Shoot offers varied terrain including woods and copses, along with 20 acres of cover crops.
The land is well stocked with pheasants and partridges reared in house. Unusually for Norfolk, the ground undulates, meaning that the Shoot provides some fantastic high bird drives - a rarity for the county and a welcome surprise. Generous home cooked catering is provided, using the finest local ingredients served in our well appointed lunch hut warmed by a wood burner. All pheasant and venison is from the Estates we operate. NARFORD HALL Spread over 8,500 acres of beautiful Norfolk countryside, the Estates offer varied terrain with woods and copses throughout, as well as generous cover crops. The Quidenham Estate was originally designed specifically for shooting and the King would regularly shoot there in the early part of last century.
An ample stock of pheasants and partridge are reared on the Estate for excellent shooting, along with varied drives and excellent cover. Deer stalking is also offered at the Quidenham Estates (click here for details). All meals are prepared from scratch on site, using only the best local ingredients.
